Note: The angels of the patient's lower face appears tighter and less puffy. The corners of her mouth are now parallel to the floor. The neck muscles have been tightened and coupled with the chin implant the jawline appears stronger and more youthful. The fat grafting has restored the fullness in her cheeks.

Assessment: This is a 52 year old patient whose goal was to freshen her look and reverse the inevitable signs of aging. She wanted to appear as she felt internally which was happy and content.

Plan of action: Endoscopic Browlift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Facelift, Necklift, Septorhinoplasty, and fat grafting to the face.

Note: Please make notice of the brow elevation and the minimization of the downturn of the outer eyes. The browlift also gave the patient a more feminine, softer look. The patient now has upper lid space for makeup application. The nose is straight and the tip is higher and smaller. With the facelift/necklift the patient has regained her natural strength in her jawline.
